The constant temperature and humidity test chamber mainly conducts high and low temperature and humidity tests to evaluate the temperature and humidity resistance of products, ensuring that our products can be stored or operated normally under corresponding temperature and humidity environmental conditions. If the temperature uniformity exceeds the allowable deviation, the test conditions of the tested sample cannot be consistent. Some samples or parts of the sample may have high or low test temperatures, resulting in problems of over testing or under testing, poor reproducibility of the test, unreliable data, and failure of the test. The main factors affecting the temperature uniformity of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber are as follows:
1. Box structure. The different inner wall structures of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber can affect the air convection inside the chamber, resulting in deviations in the uniformity of internal temperature. Different manufacturers may have different designs for the structure of constant temperature and humidity test chambers. But currently, the mainstream structural design in the industry should be that the air conditioning room is located at the back of the box, with forced convection of upper supply air and lower return air.
2. Placement of test samples. If the test sample is placed incorrectly and air convection is obstructed, it can also lead to significant temperature deviations.
3. The volume of the test sample is too large. Cannot exceed 1/3 of the inner box space. If the volume of the test sample is too large, or if the position or method of placing the test sample is not appropriate, it will obstruct the air convection inside and also cause a significant deviation in temperature uniformity.
4. The poor sealing of the test chamber door, such as air leakage from the main door, is also one of the important factors affecting the temperature uniformity of the test chamber; This is mainly a problem with sheet metal design and sheet metal production process,.
5. Differences in test samples: For example, if LED lighting products are placed, the products themselves emit light and heat, becoming a thermal load, which has a significant impact on temperature uniformity. If the test sample is loaded, it is necessary to inform the manufacturer of the load situation in advance. Otherwise, it will have an impact on subsequent experiments.
