Multi head intelligent metering pump is a fluid conveying equipment that can achieve high-precision flow control, has multiple output functions, and can be operated and monitored through an intelligent control system. In industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, water treatment, petroleum, and food, metering pumps are mainly used to accurately transport liquid reagents, additives, or other functional liquids to ensure the stability of the production process and the controllability of product quality.
The working principle of multi head intelligent metering pump is mainly based on the basic metering principle of diaphragm pump or plunger pump. Taking the diaphragm pump as an example, it drives the elastic diaphragm to reciprocate through mechanical or electric devices, thereby producing suction and discharge effects, achieving precise liquid delivery. A plunger pump uses the reciprocating motion of the plunger inside the pump body to change the pump chamber volume, achieving liquid suction and discharge.

Multi head design means that multiple pump heads can be installed on a single pump body, with each pump head independently controlling flow and pressure, and capable of supplying liquid to multiple process points simultaneously. This design not only improves the flexibility of the system, but also saves space and installation costs.
Intelligent control is an important feature. Through PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), touch screen or remote network control system, the flow rate, time, pressure and other parameters of the pump can be adjusted in real time. Some pumps can even achieve automatic calibration, data recording and alarm functions, improving the controllability and safety of the production process.

1. Pump head system: Each pump head includes a pump chamber, plunger or diaphragm, inlet and outlet valves, etc., and is directly responsible for liquid metering. The pump head material is generally made of corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant polymer materials or stainless steel to meet the transportation needs of different types of liquids.
2. Drive system: including motor, reducer and mechanical transmission components, used to provide the power required by the pump head. Intelligent pumps typically use servo motors or stepper motors to achieve precise flow control.
3. Control system: The core part of the multi head intelligent pump, including a microprocessor, touch screen operation interface, and remote communication interface. The control system can set the operating parameters of the pump, monitor the status of the pump head, and achieve remote adjustment and fault diagnosis.
4. Safety protection device: including functions such as overvoltage protection, idle protection, leakage alarm, etc., to ensure the safe operation of equipment and prevent waste of process liquids or equipment damage.
5. Pump body bracket and connecting pipeline: The pump body of multi head pumps usually adopts modular design, and each pump head can be independently disassembled and maintained. The pipeline design is reasonable, which facilitates fluid distribution and system integration.
