Ceramic plunger transfer pump is a liquid conveying equipment widely used in laboratories, industrial production, and precision equipment. Its main structure includes ceramic plunger, pump body, valve, and other auxiliary components. Due to its excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and high precision, it has been widely used in many fields such as chemical analysis, pharmaceuticals, food industry, and biomedical research.
Ceramic plunger transfer pumpThe basic working principle is to push the liquid flow through the reciprocating motion of the plunger. The plunger is the core component inside the pump, usually made of high-strength ceramic material with excellent hardness and wear resistance. When the plunger moves back and forth in the pump chamber, the liquid is sucked in and out of the pump body through the control of the valve.
During the suction process, the backward movement of the plunger will create negative pressure in the pump chamber, forcing the liquid to enter the pump chamber from the inlet. After the plunger reaches the furthest end, the valve closes and then the plunger begins to move forward, pushing the liquid out of the pump chamber and out through the outlet. This process continuously cycles, enabling continuous and precise liquid delivery.

Advantages of ceramic plunger transfer pump:
1. Corrosion resistance: Ceramic materials have strong chemical corrosion resistance and can withstand various acids, bases, and organic solvents. Suitable for transporting highly corrosive liquids.
2. High temperature resistance: The high temperature resistance of ceramic materials allows the pump to operate normally in high temperature environments and is not easily deformed or damaged due to temperature changes.
3. High hardness and wear resistance: Ceramic materials have high hardness, which can effectively reduce pump wear and extend service life. Especially during long-term operation or transportation of high viscosity liquids, ceramic plungers exhibit strong stability.
4. High precision: Ceramic plungers can maintain high precision during the manufacturing process, providing more accurate flow control and suitable for situations requiring high-precision liquid transfer.
