On October 17, 2025, the second founding conference of the Head Protective Equipment Sub Technical Committee of the National Standardization Technical Committee for Personal Protective Equipment was grandly held in the fifth floor administrative conference room of the Hepingli Hotel in Beijing. Vice Secretary General Xu Chao read out the "Regulations of the Second Head Protective Equipment Sub Technical Committee of the National Personal Protective Equipment Standardization Technical Committee" and the reporting system for major issues of the sub committee. All attendees voted to approve the relevant documents, laying the institutional foundation for the standardized operation of the sub committee.

5. Secretary General Huang Xiancong summarized the results of the first session of the Head Protection Equipment Standardization Committee and reported in detail on the work plan of the second session, clarifying the key directions for future industry standardization construction.

6. In response to the review of the mandatory national standard GB 2811-2019 "Head Protection Helmet", attendees conducted in-depth discussions based on industry reality and technological development trends, providing professional suggestions for standard optimization.

7. Finally, attending committee members, consultants, and experts held a discussion on the construction of the head protection equipment sub standard committee and the development of local standards, sharing experiences, exchanging ideas, and consolidating industry development consensus.
