Precautions for operation:
1. Pre startup inspection: Confirm that there are no impurities or scratches on the surface of the roller; Check if the temperature control system is functioning properly; Testing safety protection devices; Adjust the roller spacing to "* large" to avoid jamming during feeding.
2. Feed specifications: Materials need to be pre treated (such as rubber needs to be cut into pieces, plastic needs to be dried) to avoid the mixing of hard blocks and metal impurities (to prevent roller scratches or motor overload); When feeding, it should be slowly added to avoid the material bouncing and injuring people.
3. Process control: Adjust the temperature according to the material characteristics (such as natural rubber plasticizing temperature ≤ 120 ℃ to avoid burning); Special tools should be used when flipping materials, and direct contact with the roller by hand is prohibited; Before stopping the machine, it is necessary to empty the material on the roller to avoid adhesion after cooling.
4. Roller maintenance: Wipe the surface of the roller with a cotton cloth after each use to avoid residual oxidation of materials; Regularly (monthly) check the surface hardness of the roller. If scratches or dents appear, they should be polished and repaired in a timely manner.
