Dongguan Aopuxin Audio Technology Co., Ltd. has recently achieved significant results in the airtightness testing of headphones and microphones. The latest airtightness testing plan developed in September 2022 has received customer approval, which is commendable. Our audio testing field has taken another step forward, solving quality concerns for our headphone customers through mass production.

Dongguan Aopuxin Audio Technology Co., Ltd. is equipped with a professional acoustic structure design department and precision machining center to adapt to the personalized design of customers' headphones. We can quickly respond to customer needs and design and produce acoustic testing fixtures that are suitable for customized products and comply with ergonomic principles within 2-4 days.

The machining center is equipped with 10 professional machining machines, various precision machining rotors and cutting tools, suitable for processing various materials including aluminum alloy, acrylic, electric wood, and PTFE.

After the precision machining center completes the fixture production, the components will be sent to the system integration department. Our colleagues will assemble all equipment and fixtures into the shielding box here, and complete the signal connection and software installation of the entire system. We can flexibly configure the system according to the needs of customers, truly tailoring it to their specific needs, with stronger targeting and more thoughtful service.
