When using the Kjeldahl method to determine samples, three steps are required: digestion, distillation, and titration.
For example, in a 20 well digestion furnace, after the sample is digested and cooled, the experimenters need to:
takePut a digestive tube into a nitrogen analyzer
waitDistillation and titration
Take it againA digestive tract
waitDistillation and titration
Take it againA digestive tract
............
Repeat 20 times to complete the measurement of the entire batch of samples
This kind of repetitive work is not only time-consuming, but also boring.
Fortunately, the Volkswagen automatic sampler can help you easily complete these tasks and improve work efficiency.

The Volkswagen fully automatic nitrogen analyzer can be equipped with a 20 position or 60 position automatic sampler.
After digestion is complete, the entire sample rack is directly loaded from the digestion furnace to the automatic sampler:
► Automatically complete the distillation and titration of all samples in sequence, without the need for personnel on duty, reducing personnel occupancy and experimental costs.
► No need for sample transfer, easy and safe operation, while preventing cross contamination and reducing sources of error.

Volkswagen has launched the SINO KT8420 20 position automatic sampler, which is compatible with the Kjeltec 8400/Sino KT8400 series Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer.
