Automatic closed flash point testerAdopting advanced technology from abroad, the LCD TET pure color touch screen displays a fully Chinese human-machine dialogue interface. It has a prompt menu prompt input for parameters such as temperature, oil test grade, atmospheric pressure, and test date, which is convenient and fast. The open and fuzzy control integrated software has a modular structure and complies with GB/T261-2008 and GB/T261-83 standards. It is an ideal substitute for imported instruments. This measuring instrument can be widely used in departments such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, transportation, commercial inspection, and scientific research, for the determination of closed flash points of various oil products and chemical raw materials. The closed flash point tester adopts color LCD screen display, fully Chinese human-machine dialogue interface, unmarked keyboard, open and fuzzy control integrated software, modular structure and other technologies; There is a prompt menu and guided input mode for parameters such as pre-set temperature, sample label, atmospheric pressure, and test date.

⑴ Touch LCD display screen: It is composed of a 7-inch color LCD screen and a 7-inch resistive touch screen, mainly used to control various working commands of the instrument, input various working data, display various parameters and prompts during the working process.
⑵ Data printer: It adopts a micro embedded thermal printer, mainly used for printing measurement data and historical data after measurement.
⑶ Flash fire detector: using pulse high-voltage ion ring flame detection technology, used for detecting flash fire when testing samples.
⑷ Temperature sensor: Imported PT100 platinum resistance temperature sensor is used to detect the temperature of the flash point of the sample during the testing process.
⑸ Detection arm: used for installing temperature sensors, flash fire detectors, and other components. The detection arm cannot be twisted arbitrarily, otherwise it will affect the detection results.
⑹ Electronic igniter: using induction ignition technology to ignite the sample during flash point determination. This component operates without high voltage and is very safe.

Precautions for using a closed flash point tester:
1. When the sample temperature exceeds the preset temperature by 30 ℃ and no flash occurs, the instrument will automatically stop working. This indicates that the print display is "low". The flash point can be raised before conducting the test.
2. When the print shows' high ', it indicates that the flash point setting is too high, and the flash point value should be lowered before conducting the test.
3. When the parameter input is incorrect, the instrument alarms and does not work.
4. The gas regulating valve should be adjusted gently and forcefully.
5. The distance between the gas cylinder and the instrument should not be less than 1.2 meters.
6. The sample should be placed in the sample cup according to the scale line.
7. When replacing the sample, the oil cup should be cleaned and dried, and the mixer and temperature sensor should also be wiped clean.
8. Due to the instrument being heated by an electric heating sleeve, please ground it for safety reasons.
