On February 24, 2019, Zhou Qichao, the general manager of Beijing Desert Tianyu Petroleum Resource Technology Co., Ltd. In 1960, Nitto Kogyo and Mitsubishi Chemical began developing and producing Karl Fischer reagents.1973In, the Coulomb method moisture analyzer CA-01 was developed and produced, which is the largest moisture analyzer in Japan. After 45 years of continuous research, upgrading, and development, Nitto Precision Analytical Technology, formerly Mitsubishi Chemical, launched a new moisture analyzer CA-310 and a matching gasifier VA-300 at the end of 2017.

During the continuous development and upgrading of the moisture analyzer, its accompanying gasification device and automatic sampling device have also undergone multiple innovations. For example, the VA-210 (viscous liquid sample moisture gasification device) used for heavy oil, lubricating oil, tar and other samples has undergone three generations of upgrades: VA-12, VA-16, and VA-110. There are a total of 7 types of gasification devices and automatic injection devices for the MCAT moisture analyzer, including VA-300, VA-210, VG-200, VA-230, VA-121, VA-122, and VA-236S. These devices can not only connect to the moisture analyzer of Nippon Precision Analytical Technology's former Mitsubishi Chemical, but also to many moisture analyzers sold by other companies, meeting the needs of customers for different samples.
