The use of high-resolution digital microscopes requires following the basic process of "preparation debugging observation analysis".
Ultra high resolution, clear details. Its optical system and high pixel imaging components (such as CMOS/CCD) can break through the resolution limit of traditional optical microscopes, and can clearly present microstructures at the micrometer or even nanometer level. It is suitable for precision manufacturing, materials science, and other scenes that require high details.
Digital integration, easy to operate, built-in digital imaging module, real-time display of images on the screen without the need for additional camera connection, supporting functions such as photography, recording, and measurement. Data can be directly stored, edited, and transmitted for subsequent analysis and sharing.
The observation method is flexible and adaptable, supporting multiple observation modes such as bright field, dark field, and phase difference, and can be adapted to samples of different transparency and materials. Some models also have autofocus and automatic scanning functions, reducing the operating threshold.
Non contact observation protects samples from frequent contact or slicing like traditional microscopes, making it particularly suitable for observing fragile and precious samples such as biological tissues and cultural relics.
Steps for using high-resolution digital microscope:
1. Preliminary preparation
Sample fixation: According to the size and shape of the sample, use a stage fixture or a dedicated bracket to fix the sample, ensuring that the sample does not move during observation.
Device connection: Connect the microscope to the monitor and computer (if data export is required) through a data cable, turn on the power, and turn on the device.
2. Parameter debugging
Magnification selection: Starting from low magnification (such as 100x), turn the magnification adjustment knob to switch to the appropriate magnification to avoid directly using high magnification to search for samples, which may result in a narrow field of view.
Focus adjustment: Rotate the coarse focus knob to bring the stage closer to the lens, then slowly adjust with the fine focus knob until the image on the screen is clear; If autofocus is supported, you can directly click on the corresponding function key.
Light source adjustment: Adjust the brightness, color temperature, or lighting mode (such as bright/dark field) of the light source according to the characteristics of the sample, ensuring that the details of the sample contrast sharply with the background, and avoiding loss of details due to excessive brightness or darkness.
3. Observation and operation
Field of view adjustment: Move the stage (manually or electrically) to move the area to be observed to the center of the field of view.
Function usage: To record, click the "Take Photo" or "Record" button to save the image/video; To measure, call the measurement tools in the software (such as length, angle, area), select sample features for accurate measurement.
4. Termination and maintenance
Device shutdown: First, turn off the power of the microscope, and then disconnect it from the computer and monitor.
Sample and equipment cleaning: Remove the sample and gently wipe the lens and stage with a dust-free cloth dipped in specialized cleaning agent to avoid dust or stains affecting the next observation.
