1. The opening and closing direction of pneumatic valves should always be clockwise.

　　

2. Due to the frequent manual opening and closing of pneumatic valves in the pipeline network, the opening and closing speed should not be too high, even for large-diameter valves, it should be within 200-600 revolutions.

　　

3. For the convenience of one person's opening and closing operation, the maximum opening and closing torque under pipeline pressure conditions should be 240N-m.

　　

4. The opening and closing operation end of the pneumatic valve should be square tenon, standardized in size, and face the ground, so that people can directly operate it from the ground. Valves with discs are not suitable for underground pipelines.

Baode pneumatic diaphragm valves should be inspected regularly, with the main inspection items being:

(1) Wear condition of sealing surface.

(2) Wear condition of trapezoidal thread on valve stem and valve stem nut.

(3) Whether the packing is outdated or ineffective, and if it is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

(4) After the maintenance and assembly of BURKERT valves, a sealing performance test should be conducted.
