1. Turn on the instrument power and check if the instrument is working properly.

3. Set parameters: Select the corresponding measurement mode on the instrument, set the measurement parameters, press the "Start" button, and the instrument will automatically perform measurements.

1. Instrument preheating: Turn on the device and ensure that the instrument is preheated for at least 60 minutes in a clean state to fully activate microorganisms and achieve equilibrium temperature in the constant temperature chamber.

2. Sample processing: The sample needs to be pre treated, such as filtering to remove particulate matter and sediment. If the sample concentration is higher than the linear measurement range of the instrument, it should be diluted to an appropriate concentration first.

3. Regular cleaning: Regularly clean the equipment to maintain its accuracy and reliability.
