Operation monitoring: Record temperature and humidity data, observe equipment operation status (such as abnormal noise, alarm prompts, etc.).
Weekly maintenance
Cleaning of humidification filter: Use a soft bristled brush to remove scale and microorganisms from the filter, and if necessary, clean it thoroughly with neutral detergent.
Inner liner cleaning: After the experiment, wipe the inner liner with neutral detergent, and after drying, close the box door to prevent mold growth.
Monthly maintenance
Water tank replacement: Thoroughly clean the water tank and replace it with new water to prevent bacterial contamination.
Sensor accuracy check: Calibration is required when the error exceeds ± 2 ℃ or ± 5% RH by comparing the readings of the equipment with a standard temperature and humidity meter.
Sealing test of door seal: Use A4 paper to clip it into the door gap. If it can be easily removed, the seal needs to be replaced.
Quarterly maintenance
Compressor heat sink dust removal: After turning off the power, use a vacuum cleaner or soft bristled brush to clean the dust on the back condenser to avoid poor heat dissipation and performance degradation.
Waterway pipeline cleaning: After long-term shutdown, it is necessary to rinse the pipeline with purified water to prevent blockage.
Maintenance every six months
Professional calibration: Contact manufacturers or third-party organizations to conduct comprehensive calibration of temperature and humidity sensors, lighting systems (if equipped), to ensure compliance with ICH guidelines.
Electrical safety inspection: Check whether the power cord and plug are aged or loose, and whether the grounding wire is reliably connected.
Annual maintenance
Deep maintenance: replace compressor lubricating oil, clean evaporator, check refrigerant pressure, and replenish refrigerant if necessary.
UV lamp replacement: If the equipment is equipped with UV disinfection function, the lamp should be replaced according to the instructions (usually with a lifespan of about 8000 hours).

Standardize operational procedures
Sample placement: evenly distribute samples, avoid blocking ventilation openings, and ensure uniform insulation and humidity.
Parameter settings: The long-term test is set to 25 ℃± 2 ℃/60% RH, and the accelerated test is set to 40 ℃± 2 ℃/75% RH to avoid frequent parameter adjustments that may cause equipment fatigue.
Low temperature test post-treatment: Set a drying program at 60 ℃ for 30 minutes to prevent freezing or sensor fogging.
Long term suspension management
Thoroughly clean: Cover the inside and outside with a dust cover to prevent dust from entering.
Regular power on: Power on for 2 hours every 1-2 months to maintain compressor lubrication and circuit stability.
Cut off water and power: Turn off the water and power sources to avoid the risk of pipeline corrosion or leakage.
Emergency handling of faults
Temperature out of control: Immediately stop the test, check if the door seal is tight, if the sensor is faulty, and contact maintenance if necessary.
Alarm prompt: Check the problem according to the alarm code (such as over temperature protection, low water level, etc.), and do not forcefully turn off the alarm to continue running.
Odor or smoke: Cut off the power, check if the circuit is short circuited or if the components are burnt out. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble and repair it by oneself.
