High and low temperature impact test chamberThe operation should follow the process of "preparation before the experiment - parameter setting - sample placement - operation monitoring - test closure", while maintenance includes daily, regular, and special condition maintenance. The following is a detailed guide:
Operation Guide
Preparation before the experiment
Equipment inspection: Confirm that the equipment is placed in an environment with a temperature of 15-30 ℃, humidity ≤ 85% RH, no corrosive gases or strong interference around it, and the bottom ventilation opening is not blocked; Check that the shell is not damaged, the sealing strip of the box door is elastic, there is no leakage in the refrigeration pipeline, the water level in the water tank reaches the "high" mark, and the grounding resistance is ≤ 50 Ω.
Sample processing: Clean the dust and oil stains on the surface of the sample, and record the initial state by taking photos, measuring dimensions, etc; Ensure that the sample size does not obstruct the air duct, and small samples need to be fixed with fixtures.
Parameter setting: Connect the main power supply, open the control panel, and select "high and low temperature impact mode". Set the temperature in the high temperature zone (such as+85 ℃) and low temperature zone (such as -40 ℃) according to the test standard (such as GB/T 2423.22), set the high and low temperature holding time (usually 1-4 hours), switching time (≤ 5 minutes), and set the number of cycles. Check "Automatic shutdown at the end of cycle".
Sample placement: click "precooling/preheating", after the panel displays "ready", adjust the height of the sample holder, place the sample stably, and ensure that the ventilation gap around the sample is not less than 5cm; fix the small sample with a clamp, close the box door to check that there is no light leakage, and tighten the lock catch.
Experimental operation and monitoring: After clicking "Start", record the high temperature zone, low temperature zone, and sample surface temperature every 30 minutes. If the temperature deviation exceeds ± 2 ℃ or the equipment alarms, immediately press the "emergency stop" button to troubleshoot. After troubleshooting, if the test is less than 50% complete, it can continue to run. If it exceeds, it is recommended to restart the test.
Conclusion of the experiment: After the equipment is shut down, wait for the temperature inside the box to drop to 20-25 ℃ before taking out the sample. Compare the appearance and performance of the initial state and record the data to form a report. Subsequently, wipe the inner walls of the box and the sample rack with a dry cloth or neutral cleaning agent to prevent corrosive cleaning agents from coming into contact with the equipment.
Maintenance Guide
Daily maintenance: Wipe the outer shell and inner liner with a soft cloth after each test, and clean any residue in the air duct; Clean the sealing strip with alcohol swab every week. At the same time, record the operating parameters of the equipment, observe whether the indicator lights and alarms are normal, and immediately stop the machine if any abnormalities are found.
Regular maintenance:
High and low temperature impact test chamberSpecial working condition maintenance:
Long term shutdown: First run in room temperature mode for 30 minutes, clean the inner cavity and dry it, then turn off the power; Power on and run for 1 hour without load every month to prevent electrical components from getting damp or oxidized.
Re commissioning: Check the insulation of the power supply line, run it under no-load for more than 3 temperature shock cycles, verify that the temperature fluctuation is ≤± 1 ℃, and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Maintenance taboos: Non dedicated personnel are prohibited from disassembling and repairing; Cleaning the distribution panel can only be done by using a vacuum cleaner to remove dust; Avoid scratching the sealing strip with samples or tools; Do not use hard objects to wipe the equipment casing to prevent scratching the coating.
