The production of sealant testing machine samples must meet standards such as GB/T 13477, and the core requirements are as follows:

1. Dimensional accuracy: Tensile specimens are generally dumbbell shaped (such as Type I: total length 115mm, effective section 33mm × 6mm × 2mm), while shear specimens are lap type (lap length 10mm ± 1mm), with a dimensional deviation of ≤± 0.5mm to ensure uniform force distribution.

3. Preparation environment: temperature 23 ℃± 2 ℃, relative humidity 50% ± 5%, to avoid environmental factors affecting the curing performance of the adhesive.

5. Curing conditions: Cure according to the product manual and cut after curing. It is prohibited to process the sample before curing, which may cause deformation of the sample.

7. Appearance quality: There are no bubbles, missing glue, or cracks on the surface of the sample, and the edges are smooth without burrs. Otherwise, it is easy to cause stress concentration during testing, which will affect the accuracy of the data.

9. Quantity requirement: Each group should test at least 3 parallel samples to reduce accidental errors.
