operating procedureSelect the fixture according to the type of sample, and ensure that it is centered without deviation during clamping. Set the experimental parameters (such as speed and range) and click the "Start" button. Observe the data curve during the experiment, and immediately press the "emergency stop" button if any abnormalities occur. After completion, save the data, remove the sample, and turn off the device.
PrecautionsOverloading operation is strictly prohibited, and goggles should be worn when clamping brittle specimens. Clean the debris promptly after the sample breaks to avoid jamming. When not in use for a long time, disconnect the power and cover with a dust cover.
maintenanceClean the guide rails and fixtures weekly, and add lubricating oil monthly. Regularly check for cable damage and update software patches in a timely manner.
