Personnel engaged in mechanical operations know that any type of machinery needs to follow its own working level and the principle that any machinery needs to be maintained for a certain period of time before it can continue to be used. Because only by following the above two operating procedures and regular maintenance of the machinery can its service life be ensured, and tensile testing machines are no exception. Today we will share with you the details to pay attention to when the tensile testing machine is working:
1. Overloading and working at high speeds will only cause "fatal" damage to the tensile testing machine and will also affect the results of future tests. Therefore, we should eliminate such erroneous operations;
2. Try not to place heavy or hard objects around the tensile testing machine to prevent them from colliding with the lifting screw;
3. The fixture of the tensile testing machine should move up and down smoothly to avoid friction with the machine itself. Before each test, it is necessary to check the tightness of the fixture screws;
4. When replacing the fixture, it is necessary to choose the correct fixture to avoid affecting the test results;
5. The connection steps between the microcomputer and the tensile testing machine must be carried out according to the instructions, or by experienced operators to make the correct connection;
6. When the results obtained by the tensile testing machine need to be printed, check if the printer is available;
7. After use, remove the fixture and the object being tested for easy next use;
8. Finally, be sure to click the shutdown button on the microcomputer and do not directly cut off the power switch (the same as shutting down the computer).
The above eight details to pay attention to are essential for every operator to remember, only in this way can the lifespan of the tensile testing machine be extended!
