WBGT-3009The wet bulb black bulb temperature index meter has been further improved and upgraded based on the original WBGT-2006 model. *Design and produce according to the requirements of the "Classification Standards for High Temperature Operations" (GB/T4200-2008). We have achieved simultaneous detection and display of temperature, as well as three sets of WBGT values, instantaneous average values, and time period average values for nine sensors (dry ball, wet ball, black ball) in three groups (head, abdomen, ankle). And humidity detection sensors have also been added to better meet the needs of our customers.

1.Adopting a fully Chinese operation menu, the operation is simple. At the same time, wireless data transmission between the probe and the host has been achieved! Eliminating the hassle of connecting data cables on-site.
2.On the basis of the original WBGT-2006 model, a humidity detection function has been added to record changes in humidity.

The WBGT-3009 wet bulb black bulb temperature index instrument mainly consists of three sets of measuring heads and the instrument host, with a total of four parts. Wireless data communication is used between the host and the probe, without the need for any additional wiring connections. Eliminating the hassle of connecting wires. In the absence of obstacles, wireless data transmission distance is effective within a range of 2-40 meters.
(1) Natural wet bulb temperature probe
Covered with a layer of gauze, placed in the tested environment, relying on natural ventilation. Therefore, the obtained reading is different from the count of the ventilated dry bulb thermometer. It has the following characteristics:

There is a water cup at the bottom of the measuring head. When using, fill the cup with water. The measuring head should be wrapped with a highly absorbent material, such as cotton gauze. The gauze should be packaged in a tubular shape, with a size that fits perfectly on the measuring head. If it is too tight or too loose, it will affect the reading of the measuring head. The gauze should be kept clean. The lower end of the gauze should hang in a water tank, and the free length of the gauze in the air should not be less than 30-35mm. It should be able to prevent the water temperature from rising due to radiation heat. Any other type of device can be used if the same data can be obtained after calibration.
(2) Black ball temperature probe
The temperature sensitive element of the black ball temperature probe is placed at the center of the black ball, and the characteristics of the black ball are:

Measurement range: 10-60 ℃;
Accuracy: ± 0.5 ℃.
To ensure the accuracy and stability of the test, the temperature sensitive element used in this instrument is the current digital temperature sensitive element.
