Wall mounted oxygen analyzerAccurate operation relies on standardized installation and regular maintenance. The following provides operational points that can be directly implemented from both installation and maintenance aspects.
1、 Core installation points
Choose the right installation location: Avoid high temperature, high humidity, strong vibration, and corrosive gas environments, and be at least 1 meter away from doors, windows, and ventilation openings to prevent airflow interference with detection data.
Ensure correct wiring: strictly distinguish power and signal cables according to the equipment manual, disconnect the main power supply before wiring, and check whether the terminals are secure after wiring to avoid poor contact.
Complete initial calibration: After installation, standard gas (such as 99.99% pure nitrogen or known concentration oxygen) needs to be introduced for zero and range calibration to ensure that the equipment detection accuracy meets the requirements.
2、 Daily maintenance operations
Regular cleaning: Wipe the equipment casing and display screen with a dry soft cloth every week, check the sampling pipeline (if any) every month, remove dust or impurities inside the pipeline, and prevent blockages from affecting the air intake.
Calibration and verification: Calibration should be carried out every 3-6 months. If the detection environment fluctuates greatly (such as frequent starting and stopping of equipment, changes in gas composition), it should be shortened to once every 1-2 months. After calibration, the data should be recorded for future reference.
Fault prediction: Observe the operation status of the equipment on a daily basis. If there is unstable display, excessive data deviation, or abnormal alarm, check the power supply and wiring first, and then contact after-sales to troubleshoot sensor or motherboard issues to avoid running with problems.
