HT-FD500 Omnipotent Guide
One stop usage of explosion-proof dew point transmitter
From real cases to troubleshooting and daily maintenance, this comprehensive user guide takes you to fully grasp the core points of HT-FD500 explosion-proof dew point transmitter!
See the real chapter in real combat! HT-FD500 Application Case
As a "hardcore equipment" for explosion-proof dew point measurement, HT-FD500 has already established a foothold in multiple high-risk scenarios, and these real cases conceal its core advantages.
For natural gas processing plants, the "humidity control" of the dehydration process is directly related to pipeline safety and export compliance - once the dew point exceeds the standard, it can cause equipment corrosion, and in severe cases, pipeline blockage and export interruption. However, a natural gas processing plant was previously trapped in the dilemma of data lag and insufficient accuracy due to the "lack of awesome" of ordinary dew point measuring equipment. This problem was solved only when the HT-FD500 explosion-proof dew point transmitter was put into use.
Application effect: From "passive rectification" to "active prevention and control"
After HT-FD500 was put into operation at the beginning of the year, it quickly rewrote the dehydration process management mode of the factory:
Real time monitoring and precise control: The dew point data of the equipment is synchronized to the central control system through RS485 communication every time it is updated. When the dew point approaches -50 ℃ (the ambient temperature of the pipeline is -45 ℃), the regeneration program of the triethylene glycol dryer is automatically triggered to stabilize the dew point of the exported gas at -55~-60 ℃, eliminating the problem of exceeding the standard;
Reduce maintenance costs: Sensors do not require frequent calibration, reducing annual maintenance costs by 40% compared to the previous equipment's "semi annual factory calibration" mode.

Extend lifespan! HT-FD500 Daily Maintenance 3 Key Points
Good maintenance can not only reduce failures, but also extend the lifespan of equipment. Focus on these three points:
1. Regular cleaning: do a good job in "dust removal and dirt removal"
Wipe the equipment casing with a dry soft cloth after power failure to avoid dust accumulation affecting heat dissipation;
Regularly clean the sensor probe once: use a degreasing cotton dipped in anhydrous ethanol to gently wipe, taking care to avoid scratches from hard objects, and wait for the alcohol to evaporate before powering on.
2. Calibration management: It is recommended to calibrate once a year for "precise calibration" in ordinary scenarios, and adjust appropriately according to the on-site situation in harsh scenarios;
Ensure a stable measurement environment before calibration: temperature of 20 ± 5 ℃, humidity of 40% ± 10%, and avoid direct airflow on the sensor. 3. Environmental protection: Take measures to prevent damage and moisture, and avoid direct contact of equipment with corrosive gases or liquids; When not in use for a long time, disconnect the power supply, seal the sensor probe in a dry bag, and store it in a dry environment of 0-40 ℃.
