Third level purification: The purification column undergoes deep desalination to achieve a resistivity of 18.2 M Ω· cm (ultrapure water), total organic carbon (TOC)<10 ppb, and bacterial content<1 CFU/ml.
Terminal processing: UV sterilization destroys microbial DNA, ultrafiltration (0.1 μ m) or microfiltration (0.2 μ m) removes particles and heat sources to ensure stable water quality.
