Efficient mixing and plasticization

The meshing design of the twin-screw creates complex flow channels between the screw grooves, subjected to longitudinal and transverse compression, shearing, and displacement, resulting in sufficient mixing, high heat transfer efficiency, strong melting ability, and excellent exhaust effect.

Feeding performance

It can directly add high viscosity or low friction coefficient materials such as powder, strip, glass fiber, etc., with high conveying efficiency and support for multi feeding port design, making it easy to add additives or reinforcement materials.

Short dwell time
