Plastic flowmeterThe main components are made of AS and ABS plastics, which have good wear resistance, reasonable structure, small volume, light weight, and the cone tube is not easily broken. It can be widely applied in industrial sectors such as chemical industry, environmental protection, food, water treatment, etc.
When the electromagnetic flowmeter is installed on a grounded metal pipeline, the system potential balance is achieved through the grounding terminal on the electromagnetic flowmeter transmitter, which is connected to the grounding terminal through a copper core wire with a cross-sectional area of not less than 6mm2; When the electromagnetic flowmeter is installed on an ungrounded metal pipeline, both flanges are connected to the pipeline flange through copper core wires with a cross-sectional area of at least 6mm2 and grounded; Connect the transmitter or sensor junction box to the grounding terminal to achieve system potential balance; When the electromagnetic flowmeter is installed on plastic pipes or pipes with insulation lining, the system potential balance is achieved by adding a grounding ring, which is connected to the grounding terminal through a copper core wire with a cross-sectional area of at least 6mm2.
In order to avoid signal interference, the signal between the transmitter and the converter must be transmitted using shielded wires. It is not allowed to parallel the signal cable and power line in the same cable steel pipe, and the length of the signal cable should generally not exceed 30m.
Installation location. Electromagnetic flow meters can be installed vertically or horizontally, but it is recommended to install them vertically, and the measured fluid flows from bottom to top. It can also be installed horizontally, but the two electrodes should be on the same horizontal plane. When installing horizontally, ensure that the measuring conduit is filled with liquid at all times. When the main pipeline is a vertical pipeline, it is generally required that the water flow should be from bottom to top, and should not be from top to bottom as much as possible.
