Low temperature constant temperature water bath(also known as a circulating constant temperature water tank) is a device that provides a constant temperature field source through refrigeration and heating. It can be used as a direct heating or cooling heat source or cold source, and has auxiliary temperature control function. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electronic instruments, physics, chemistry, medicine and health, biotechnology, life sciences, light industry food, physical property testing and scientific research laboratories, providing a precise temperature environment for experimental samples or production processes in higher education institutions, enterprise quality inspection and production departments.
Usage guide:
1、 Installation and preparation
Open box inspection: Confirm that the host and accessories (power cord, silicone tube, drain pipe, etc.) are complete, and read the instruction manual.
Media selection:
Below 5 ℃: alcohol; 5~80 ℃: purified water; 80-90 ℃: 15% glycerol aqueous solution; 90-100 ℃: oil.
The liquid level should be 15-30mm higher than the workbench to avoid dry burning.
Circular connection:
Internal circulation: Connect the inlet and outlet ports directly with silicone tubing.
External circulation: The outlet pipe is connected to the inlet of external equipment, and the inlet pipe is connected to the outlet.
Operation steps:
Power on startup:
Connect the power supply, turn on the leakage protection switch, and press the power button to enter standby mode.
Temperature setting:
Set the target temperature through the "▲/▼" keys on the control panel, and for some models, press the "Menu" key to enter the settings interface.
Function activation:
Turn on the "cycle", "cooling" or "heating" functions in sequence, and wait for the temperature to stabilize.
Attention:
Security protection:
Avoid opening the cover during high temperatures and reserve a heat dissipation space of ≥ 30cm around it.
Models with a power of ≥ 3000W need to be matched with socket loads.
Exception handling:
Unable to cool down: Check the status of the refrigeration system or controller.
Abnormal noise: Check for circulation pump or liquid level issues.
