Digital temperature control instruments do not require zero adjustment. Simply press the dip switch in sequence, and the number displayed on the dip switch will be the desired operating temperature.

The maximum control temperature of this instrument is 100 ℃. When boiling water is needed, the set temperature can be set above 100 ℃.

Set the temperature according to the required working temperature. At this time, the green light of the temperature control instrument will turn on, and the electric heater will start heating. When the water temperature approaches the set temperature, the red and green lights of the temperature control instrument will alternate and turn off. The temperature control instrument enters the proportional control zone, and the heater will start intermittent heating to control thermal inertia. When the water temperature rises to the set temperature, the traffic lights alternate on and off according to a certain pattern, and the equipment enters the constant temperature section.

For example, for a single row four hole water bath with a working temperature of 65 ℃, the operating procedure is as follows: add clean water → turn on the power switch → set the temperature: press the dip switches on each position in sequence, so that the individual position is displayed as 5, the ten position is displayed as 6, and the hundred position is displayed as 0 → the green light of the temperature control instrument is on, and the heater starts to work → the red and green lights of the temperature control instrument start to alternate on and off, entering the proportional heating stage → until constant temperature is reached.

After the experimental work is completed, turn off the power switch, cut off the power supply of the equipment, and drain the water in the sink completely.
