The battery panel test box is a key equipment used to simulate various environmental conditions, conduct performance testing and reliability verification of battery panels (such as lithium batteries, nickel hydrogen batteries, and other electrochemical energy storage devices), and plays an important role in battery research and development, production, and quality control.
main purpose
Thermal cycle test: Determine the ability of components to withstand thermal mismatch, fatigue, and different stresses caused by repeated temperature changes. Cycle the component between temperatures of -40 ℃± 2 ℃ and+85 ℃± 2 ℃, with a temperature change rate not exceeding 100 ℃/h.
Wet freeze test: Determine the ability of components to withstand high temperatures, high humidity, and subsequent sub zero temperatures. The components need to change at a rate not exceeding 100 ℃/h between temperature+85 ℃ and 25 ℃, and at a rate not exceeding 200 ℃/h between 25 ℃ and -40 ℃.
Wet heat test: Determine the ability of components to withstand long-term moisture infiltration. The test temperature is generally 85 ℃± 2 ℃, the humidity is 85% ± 5%, and the test time is up to 1000 hours.
control system
Intelligent touch screen controllers are usually used, such as 7.0-inch true color touch screens, which can set parameters such as temperature and time, have PID automatic calculation and FUZZY control functions, display real-time operation curve graphs, and also have functions such as data acquisition, export, and viewing graphics.
safety protection
It has protection functions such as leakage, short circuit, overheating, motor overheating, compressor overpressure, overload, overcurrent, etc., to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
Application scenarios
In the field of electric vehicles: simulate the battery performance of vehicles under severe cold or high temperature exposure, optimize range and charging speed.
Test the response capability of the Battery Management System (BMS) in the event of sudden short circuits or overloads to ensure the safety of the battery in abnormal situations.
Consumer electronics manufacturing: overcharge protection testing for mobile phone and laptop batteries to avoid safety accidents such as "charging explosions".
Evaluate the durability of new solid-state batteries in repeatedly folding devices such as flexible screen smartphones, and promote innovation in consumer electronics products.
Energy storage system: With the rapid development of renewable energy, energy storage systems have become the key to solving the imbalance between energy supply and demand. As the core component of energy storage systems, the performance and safety of lithium batteries are crucial. The battery panel test box provides strong support for the research and production of energy storage systems, ensuring their reliable operation under various environmental conditions.
Aerospace field: With the continuous advancement of aerospace technology, the application of lithium batteries in the aerospace field has gradually attracted attention. The solar panel test chamber provides rigorous environmental adaptability testing for aerospace vehicles, helping to improve their performance and safety levels.
