LED salt water spray tester is a kind of equipment used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of LED products (such as lamp beads, lamps, etc.). It detects the reliability of products in marine transportation, high humidity and high salinity environment by simulating the salt fog environment.
LED salt water spray tester is an equipment used to simulate salt spray environment to evaluate the corrosion resistance of materials. It tests the corrosion resistance of the sample by spraying a dispersion system composed of tiny salt droplets onto the tested sample, simulating the destructive effects of the climate around the ocean on the product.
LED salt water spray tester transmits salt water in salt water tank to nozzle through pump through liquid supply system, and forms salt mist to spray on the tested sample. The control system is responsible for monitoring and adjusting the spray volume, temperature, humidity and other parameters to ensure the stability and accuracy of the test environment.
Through artificial simulation of salt spray environment conditions, continuous spray and corrosion tests were carried out on LED products to detect the changes of their surface anti-corrosion performance. The equipment uses compressed air to atomize corrosive solutions (usually a 5% concentration sodium chloride solution or a small amount of copper chloride added to the sodium chloride solution) into tiny droplets, which are sprayed onto the tested sample to accelerate the corrosion process and evaluate the corrosion resistance of the product.
Application Scenario:
Manufacturing of LED lamps: In the production process of LED lamps, it is used to test the corrosion resistance of components such as lamp housings and circuit boards, ensuring the reliability and service life of the product.
Quality testing: As an important means of LED product quality testing, it is used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of products in simulated marine environments or high humidity and high salinity environments.
Maintenance and troubleshooting
In the process of use, you may encounter the problem of no spray. Common reasons include:
Supply system failure: such as insufficient liquid level in the salt water tank, pump failure, pipeline blockage, or nozzle blockage.
Control system failure: such as program setting errors, sensor failures, or controller failures.
Environmental conditions: such as high or low ambient temperature, power stability issues, etc.
By regularly inspecting and maintaining these components, the likelihood of malfunctions can be effectively reduced, ensuring the normal operation of the testing machine and accurate test results.
