Ensure that the balance is not overloaded and damaged, ensure that the weighing reaches the necessary relative accuracy, prevent using a balance with insufficient accuracy to weigh, avoid accuracy not meeting requirements, and prevent the misuse of high-precision balances that may cause waste.

2. Correct installation

A room that is dust-proof, shock resistant, moisture-proof, and temperature resistant should be selected as the balance room. For balances with high accuracy, they should also be used in a constant temperature room. The balance should be placed on a sturdy and reliable workbench, and an appropriate position should be selected for easy operation. Before installing the balance, the components should be checked according to the complete set list of the balance to ensure that they are complete and intact. All components of the balance should be carefully cleaned. During installation, the balance should be assembled correctly according to the instructions of the balance, and the level should be calibrated. After installation, each part should be checked again to see if the installation is normal. Then, the power supply voltage should be checked to see if it meets the requirements of the balance, and the power plug should be plugged in.

3. Preheating

Before starting to use the electronic balance, it is required to turn it on in advance, that is, preheat it for half an hour to an hour. If you need to use it multiple times a day, keep the balance on all day. In this way, there can be a constant operating temperature inside the electronic balance, which is beneficial for the accuracy of the weighing process.

4. Calibration

Electronic scales should be calibrated regularly from the beginning of use. If used continuously, calibrate approximately once a week. When calibrating, standard weights must be used. Some scales have standard weights hidden inside, which can be used to calibrate the balance. Before calibration, the electronic balance must be turned on and preheated for at least 1 hour, and the level must be calibrated. Calibration should be carried out according to the prescribed procedures, otherwise it will not be effective.

5. Correct operation

When operating an electronic balance for weighing, the control keys and function keys should be used correctly; Select the integration time of *, correctly grasp the reading and printing time to obtain the weighing result of *. When continuously weighing with the peeling key, attention should be paid to overloading the balance. During the weighing process, the Tianping Gate should be closed properly. After using the electronic balance, close the balance and door cover, cut off the power, and cover it with a dust cover.
