1、 Overview:

HC-9601(portableThe mixed sampling automatic water quality sampler is an environmental monitoring instrument launched by our company for sampling surface water and sewage, monitoring water sources, conducting pollution source investigations, and total quantity control. It adopts the commonly used peristaltic pump water intake method and is controlled by a microcontroller. According to user needs, equal proportion mixed water samples and equal time mixed water samples can be collected to meet the sampling requirements in HJ/T91-2002 "Technical Specifications for Surface Water and Wastewater Monitoring" issued by the National Environmental Protection Administration. HC-9601 uses a standard 12V battery for operation, and can be replaced with a car battery when the battery is insufficient for outdoor work. When selecting a flow sensor, the flow is measured simultaneously and the measured flow data and sampling situation are stored. The stored content is not lost in case of power failure and can be accessed afterwards. It is one of the instruments used by environmental monitoring and supervision stations at all levels for water pollution monitoring and environmental research departments for research work.

2、 Main performance indicators:

  1. Sampling method:
  • Mixing water samples of equal and unequal time: (time controlled sampling)
  • Sampling time interval: 1 to 9999 minutes, arbitrarily set.
  • Proportional mixed water sample: (flow control sampling)

* Equipped with flow sensor control sampling: 1~9999M ³, arbitrarily set.

* Flow meter control sampling with output pulse: (output pulse is 5V~15V positive pulse). 1-9999 pulses, set arbitrarily.

The flow rate represented by each pulse is set on the flowmeter.

  1. The number of mixed water samples N: 1 to 200 can be set arbitrarily.
  2. Vertical lift: 8m.
  3. Horizontal suction distance: 50m, with self flushing function of sampling tube.
  4. Sampling error: ± 8%.
  5. Sampling repetition accuracy: ± 5ml.
  6. Water storage container: 5-10 liter polyethylene drum
  7. System clock time control error: △ 1 ≤ 0.1% and △ 24 ≤ 30S.
  8. Pipeline system airtightness: ≤ -0.05MPa.
  9. Mean continuous operating time (MTBF): ≥ 1440h/time.
  10. Insulation impedance:>20M Ω.
  11. All Chinese menus and human-machine dialogue modes have Chinese prompts when human intervention is required.
  12. Software password lock can protect the programs set in the instrument from being modified.
  13. You can preset and store 10 commonly used work programs according to sampling requirements, which can be directly called in the future.
  14. Automatically record and store each sampling situation. After connecting the flowmeter, if the interval is five minutes, three months of flow data can be recorded, with each set of data including: month, day, hour, and minute; Instantaneous flow rate; Accumulated traffic, the recording time interval for each group of traffic data can be set arbitrarily, and the longer the interval, the longer the recording time, using a cyclic update method. The stored data will not be lost in case of power failure, so it can be viewed at any time. Users can conduct data analysis based on these materials and water sample test results.

III Sampler installationPrecautions for use:

1)Before using the instrument, the battery must be fully charged, otherwise the instrument cannot function properly.

2The pump tube should be checked regularly, and if it is damaged, it should be replaced immediately. When replacing, there should be a 2mm gap between the pump tube and the pump casing. After replacing the pump tube, press the pump forward or reverse button and let the pump rotate for a while until the pump runs normally without any jamming, and the pump tube is installed.

  1. If there is an abnormal situation with the instrument, please immediately cut off the power and notify the manufacturer for repair. Do not disassemble it by yourself.
  2. If the pumping accuracy does not meet the set parameters, the pump tube length can be adjusted to meet the requirements. For details, see pump parameter settings on page six.

5)The sampler should be installed above the water intake point and should be avoided from being lower than the water intake point. The water intake pipe should be as short as possible from the sampler to the water intake point, with the end connected to the sampler as the front end and the end at the water intake point as the back end. It should be gradually reduced from the front end to the back end, and there should be no bulge in the middle to avoid water blockage in the tube during reverse blowing of the sampler. Thereby affecting the sampling accuracy.

four. Operation method:

After the system is turned on, enter the following interface:
