How to use

1. First, install the pillar on the base (fixed with a wrench), then install the connector, install the fixture for holding the solution bottle, and check if it is firm and reliable.

2. Install the motor fixing rod and check for reliability and stability. After confirming that there are no errors, tighten the stirring rod and calibrate it (visually align it with the center position of the solution bottle). After checking that it is securely fastened, plug the motor power plug into the speed control box.

3. Before starting up, place the power switch in the off position, turn the speed knob counterclockwise to the minimum, then plug in the power and turn on the power switch.

4. Align and insert the stirring rod into the center of the beaker or flask, avoiding any contact between the stirring rod and the beaker or flask.

5. Rotate the timing switch knob to start the mixer, and the operator can choose the timing time according to the process requirements (if timing is not required, the timing switch can be set to the "ON" position, and the operator can manually turn on or off the power switch to control the mixing time); Rotate the speed knob to select the stirring rod speed, which is chosen by the operator according to the process requirements.

6. When the timer knob is turned to the "OFF" position, the device automatically stops running.
