The blast drying oven is a commonly used drying equipment in laboratories and industrial production. Its reasonable operation is the key to ensuring the drying effect and equipment safety. The specific usage process is as follows.

Before use, it is necessary to check the appearance, power cord, and air blowing system of the drying oven to ensure that they are intact, clean up any debris inside the oven, and ensure that the air duct is unobstructed. Then evenly place the samples to be dried on the shelf, paying attention to leaving gaps between the samples to avoid blocking the air outlet, and then close the box door and fasten it.

Next, set the parameters. After turning on the power, set the required drying temperature and time through the control panel. If the sample is temperature sensitive, it should be gradually heated up to prevent damage to the sample due to excessive temperature differences. After the parameter settings are completed, start the drying oven, and the blower system will run synchronously to evenly distribute the temperature inside the oven.

During the drying process, the operator needs to regularly observe the temperature display on the control panel. If there are abnormal temperature fluctuations, the machine should be stopped for inspection in a timely manner. Remember not to open the box door casually to avoid a sudden drop in temperature inside the box affecting the drying effect, and to prevent burns from high-temperature gases.

After the drying time is over, the drying oven will automatically stop heating. At this time, it is necessary to maintain the blowing state and wait for the temperature inside the oven to naturally cool to room temperature before opening the oven door to take out the sample. If emergency retrieval is required, wear heat-resistant gloves and take protective measures.

After use, turn off the power, clean any remaining debris or stains inside the drying oven, keep the interior clean, and finally keep a record of the equipment usage for future traceability and maintenance.
