Two hole magnetic stirring water bath is a commonly used equipment in laboratories, mainly used for experimental scenarios that require constant temperature heating and solution mixing. It combines the constant temperature function of a water bath and the mixing function of a magnetic stirrer, providing a stable and uniform temperature environment for experiments while achieving automatic stirring of the solution.
Usually includes stainless steel sink, heating element, temperature sensor, magnetic stirrer, and control panel. There is an aluminum shelf with holes in the sink for placing experimental vessels, and the top cover is equipped with combination rings of different diameters to accommodate flasks of different specifications. The heating element is usually a stainless steel tubular heater, placed at the bottom of the water tank. The temperature sensor is used to monitor the water temperature, and the magnetic stirrer is installed at the bottom or side of the water tank, driving the stirrer to rotate through magnetic force.
The temperature control system converts the temperature of the water in the sink into a resistance value through sensors, amplifies and compares it, outputs a control signal, adjusts the heating power of the electric heating tube, and keeps the water temperature constant. At the same time, the magnetic stirrer generates a rotating magnetic field, which drives the stirrer to rotate in the solution, thereby achieving stirring and mixing of the solution.
The device is equipped with a built-in magnetic stirring system, which drives the stirring element inside the container to rotate through a rotating magnetic field, thereby achieving automatic mixing of the solution. This can effectively dissolve solid reagents, mix multiple solutions evenly, and prevent solid particle precipitation, ensuring the uniformity of the reaction system. The stirring speed is usually adjustable to accommodate samples of different viscosities.
Adopting a microcomputer PID intelligent control system, the temperature range is generally from room temperature to 100 ℃, with an accuracy of ± 0.1 ℃, and supports LED digital display real-time monitoring. The speed range is usually 0-2400 revolutions per minute, which can be infinitely adjusted to meet the mixing needs of different experiments. In addition, it also has safety functions such as overheating protection and leakage power-off.
Widely used in fields such as chemistry, biology, food science, etc., it can be used for experiments such as chemical reactions, catalytic reactions, dissolution, evaporation, and degradation. It is also suitable for biological experiments such as constant temperature cultivation of biological samples, microbial culture, cell culture, and enzyme reactions, as well as the preparation, pretreatment, and determination of samples such as liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, and spectral analysis.
