The grinding process needs to be coordinated from three aspects: medium adaptation, parameter regulation, and process management, in order to improve grinding efficiency while ensuring material fineness and uniformity, achieving a balance between energy consumption and quality.
1. Media adaptation is the foundation. Select the appropriate size, material, and grading of the grinding medium based on the hardness, density, and target particle size of the material to be ground. The large-sized medium provides the main impact force and is used for rapid crushing of large particles during the coarse grinding stage; Increase the contact area of medium and small-sized media to enhance the grinding effect during the fine grinding stage. The medium material should be wear-resistant and non polluting, and the grading design should take into account the crushing requirements of different particle sizes, forming a complementary grinding system of "large, medium, and small" to improve overall efficiency.2. Parameter regulation is crucial. The grinding concentration needs to be adjusted according to the characteristics of the material - too low a concentration may result in insufficient contact between the medium and the material, while too high a concentration may increase flowability resistance; The material ball ratio needs to be matched reasonably to avoid excessive material affecting the movement of the medium or causing ineffective collisions due to excessive medium. The grinding time needs to be dynamically controlled in conjunction with the target fineness, and the optimal time required for the material to reach the desired particle size is determined through phased sampling and testing, in order to avoid excessive grinding and energy waste. In addition, the stirring intensity or cylinder speed should be matched with the motion state of the medium to ensure that the force of the medium on the material is uniform and effective.3. Process management is a guarantee. Pre processing can improve grinding efficiency by screening and removing fine particles from the material, or by drying appropriately to reduce moisture content and reduce the burden of ineffective grinding. Regularly check the wear status of the medium during the grinding process, promptly replenish or replace broken or deformed media, and maintain stable grinding force; Clean the material deposits attached to the inner wall of the cylinder to avoid affecting the space for medium movement. During the operation phase, it is necessary to standardize the feeding speed and sequence to avoid fluctuations in the grinding environment caused by fluctuating feeding amounts; Flexibly adjust process parameters based on real-time detection data to ensure that the grinding process is always in an efficient state.
