Check the sealing performance of the cylinder body, end cap, and other parts to avoid dust or medium leakage. At the same time, check the wear of the lining plate. If excessive wear or damage is found, it should be dealt with in a timely manner to prevent damage to the cylinder body.
4. The operational status needs to be monitored on a daily basis. Before each startup, observe the equipment for any abnormal noise, vibration, or odor, and preliminarily determine whether the internal components are normal; Pay attention to changes in indicators such as current and sound during operation. If any abnormalities occur, stop the machine in a timely manner for troubleshooting. Regularly conduct functional testing on key components to ensure they are in good working condition.
5. Special maintenance for long-term disuse. If the ball mill needs to be stopped for a long time, it is necessary to clean the internal residues and apply anti rust oil to the metal parts to prevent rusting; Store the equipment in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid damage to circuits or mechanical components caused by moisture.
