Ceramic tile bonding strength testerApply tension to the standard block through a hydraulic system to simulate the peeling force experienced by ceramic tiles in actual use. When the tension gradually increases to exceed the bonding strength, the standard block separates from the measured object, and the maximum tension value recorded by the instrument at this time is the bonding strength. The core principle is based on force balance measurement, which converts hydraulic signals into electrical signals through sensors, and displays the bonding strength value after electronic circuit processing.
Ceramic tile bonding strength testerOperating standards:
Preparation before testing:
Remove oil stains and dirt from the surface of decorative tiles and base materials to ensure a smooth and clean inspection surface.
Check if all components of the instrument are intact, if the connections are secure, and ensure that the hydraulic system is leak free.
Connect the M12 threaded rod to the pre-set standard block, install the detector, turn on the power switch of the pressure gauge, and press the reset button to automatically reset.
Detection process operation:
Rotate the handle clockwise, and the piston rises by about 2mm. When it comes into quick contact with the rod nut but is not under force, if the displayed value changes and is not zero, press the reset button again to subtract the frictional force value in the hydraulic system.
Continue to rotate the handle and gradually increase the tension on the standard block. When the ultimate tension is reached, the standard block separates from the measured object, and the maximum tension value is maintained. Press the storage button to store this value in the instrument.
During the testing process, maintain the stability of the decorative tiles and base materials to avoid sliding or moving that may affect the testing results.
Post detection processing:
Reverse the handle to retract the piston and remove the pull rod and standard block.
Clean the probe with clean water for future use.
Close the test box, turn off the power, and store the instrument in a dry, dust-free place to avoid moisture affecting its service life.
Notes:
Strictly follow the testing steps to avoid errors or equipment damage caused by improper operation.
Special films and probes need to be properly stored to ensure the quality of testing.
If any problems are encountered during the testing process, the manufacturer should be contacted promptly or professional assistance should be sought. Do not disassemble or adjust the equipment at will.
Ensure good grounding protection of the instrument to avoid electric shock accidents.
