Instructions for Use

1.Equipment installation and debugging

Place the device on a stable operating platform and confirm that the body is level and stable; Connect necessary clamping or limiting components to ensure safe operation.

2.Sample placement

Place the steel bar sample to be tested steadily in the V-shaped positioning slot of the equipment, align the marking head and the rotation axis, and arrange them in parallel.

3.Gauge adjustment

According to the required test standards, adjust the marking spacing to 5mm or 10mm using a knob or slide rail, and lock the marking distance device.

4.Manual marking

Rotate the handwheel on the right side to drive the equipment forward along the axis of the steel bar. Each set distance will automatically trigger the marking needle to mark points on the sample. The punching force is controlled by mechanical structure to ensure consistency.

5.complete the operation

After completing the punctuation, take out the steel bar sample and observe whether the spacing points are clear and consistent. If you need to continue operating other samples, repeat the above steps.

6.Maintenance Recommendations

After use, please clean the dust on the dot head and slide rail in a timely manner, regularly lubricate the transmission part to prevent rusting and jamming, and extend the service life of the equipment.
