Move the unpacked testing machine to a stable ground, which can be leveled and stabilized by adjusting the 4 foot screws. Install the pressure roller and support roller onto the machine according to the prompts, connect the power supply, and turn the emergency stop button clockwise to turn on the power indicator light. Wait for the display screen to light up and enter the startup interface
Click anywhere on the screen to enter the main menu interface
The experiment requires clicking on ->Experiment Selection ->Select Ceramic Tile Bending ->Click to enter the experiment (note: for the next experiment, you can directly click on ->Experiment ->Enter, and the software defaults to the previous sample method)
Click ->Settings ->Enter Test Parameter Settings ->Enter the test number, number of specimens, width and thickness of the rectangular prism, and support span according to the actual situation. After entering, click Save.
Click "Next" to enter Parameter Setting 2. According to the test requirements, we select the test loading method as constant stress velocity and input a stress velocity of 1Mpa/s. (Note: At this time, the displacement test velocity and force value velocity are in a non input state). According to actual needs, we can input the preload force and preload speed to facilitate faster testing and improve test efficiency.
After the end, select 'Yes' to reset, and the reset speed (0.05-50mm/min can be freely selected). If' No 'is selected, manually click on' Raise 'or' Return 'after the experiment to raise the height of the upper pressure roller for the next sample to be placed.
After clicking the save button on the current page to save the parameters, click the return button in the upper left corner to return to the experimental interface.
Adjust the spacing between the left and right rollers according to the experimental requirements: Adjust the spacing between the rollers according to the length of the ceramic tile. Generally, the ceramic tile extends 10 millimeters from the center of the support roller to the left and right, for example, for a 1 meter * 1 meter ceramic tile, adjust the spacing between the two rollers to 980 millimeters. Push the left roller and observe that the pointer below the front end of the left roller points to the position of 8 on the scale 100-90 (note that the unit of 90 in the scale is 90 centimeters, the minimum unit is 1 small grid of 1 millimeter, and the actual counting is 1 small grid of 2 millimeters). Slide the positioning blocks on the left and right sides of the left roller to the left and right sides of the left roller and press them tightly together. Use a special hex wrench to tighten the hex screws on the positioning blocks. Adjust the right roller to the same position using the same method. Tighten at position 98.
After completing the above operation (verifying your control method is correct), click the test button on the test interface, and the test will begin. The upper support rod will descend at the pre tightening speed set by us. After reaching the pre tightening force, continue to apply pressure to the sample at the set test speed of 1Mpa/s, which is 1N/(mm ² · s) ± 0.2N/(mm ² · s). After reaching the failure condition, the machine will automatically stop or rise to the displacement reset position according to the set reset speed. In the following situations, the system will shut down: 1. Manual intervention, press the [Stop] button; 2. The system determines the fracture type of the specimen; 3. Force range overload protection stops.
To print the report, click ->Report ->enter the bending report printing, click the print button, and print the failure load, failure strength, fracture modulus, and average value of these tests. (Currently, curve printing only supports printing individual test results and curves. To print curves, you need to check the "Print Curve" option on the curve viewing interface and click "Print".).
