Main content:Release the latest application and development technologies of freeze-drying in pharmaceuticals, IVD reagents, biotechnology, and big health.

The scope of this training camp includes:

Detailed explanation of freeze-drying application technology, including freeze-drying mechanism, freeze-drying component design, freeze-drying process design, freeze-drying production line design, and application cases of freeze-drying technology in various fields. At the same time, there are rich practical design stages where you can have in-depth discussions with teachers from Boyikang Freeze Drying Laboratory on the details of freeze-drying design and production, as well as the use of freeze-drying machines and the problems encountered during the freeze-drying process.

The advanced design technology of freeze-drying process is the core content of this training camp. Train and assess qualified personnel, and issue training certificates.

All participants in this training camp are allowed to carry freeze-dried products for practical freeze-drying operations. Freeze dried products include bottled, palletized, or other types of loaded materials.

The practical operation can simulate the actual freeze-drying production scaling process, and the practical freeze-drying machine specifications are 2 ㎡, 3 ㎡, and 5 ㎡ production type freeze-drying machines.

Lecturer Introduction:

Mr. Ye Minghui has 20 years of experience in freeze-drying technology research and has participated in national pharmaceutical research projects multiple times. He is responsible for the freeze-drying technology and has in-depth research in the field of pharmaceutical freeze-drying. We have rich experience in coupling drugs, liposome drugs, fusion proteins, freeze-dried vaccines, and IVD diagnostic reagent freeze-drying, and have developed dozens of economically beneficial product formulas.

Mr. Chen Youlin is currently the director of the Boyikang Freeze Drying Technology Research Center. He is a domestic expert in freeze-drying and specializes in the development of IVD reagents and biopharmaceutical freeze-drying formulations. He has expertise in freeze-drying microspheres POCT、 I have over ten years of development experience in multi joint molecular testing projects, especially in the development of molecular diagnostic reagents and freeze-drying of coupled drugs.
