What are the main types of gas generators?

gas generatorTypes include hydrogen generator, nitrogen generator, nitrogen hydrogen air integrated machine, air generator, etc.

The nitrogen generator uses pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology to produce continuous high-purity nitrogen gas. After preliminary drying and filtering through the condenser and filter, the compressed air enters the CMS column in purification mode, removing most of the O2, CO2, moisture, and hydrocarbons, and outputting clean, dry high-purity nitrogen gas.
Many users have very high requirements for sample testing, such as the quality testing of food and beverages by the Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. The testing task is also very heavy. If any link in the gas supply system is flawed, the instrument will be shut down, or even the entire laboratory will be suspended, which will delay the import and export of food. These customers require a very stable and reliable gas supply system, and each device needs to have an independent gas supply in case of emergencies to reduce risks.
Some laboratories are very large in scale and require a gas generator supply system to supply gas to the entire laboratory.
gas generatorThere are two common problems encountered during use: one is that reliability is difficult to guarantee, and the other is that there are security issues. Its reliability is difficult to guarantee, which is manifested in the insufficient purity of some generators, high water content in nitrogen and hydrogen, and a certain degree of corrosiveness. If operated improperly, there may be backflow. The above situation can cause difficulties in stabilizing the chromatograph and reducing the column efficiency of the chromatography column. In severe cases, it can lead to the scrapping of the gas circuit and chromatography column, and even result in the complete scrapping of the chromatograph. Secondly, there are safety issues during use. Some compressors of gas generators may experience overheating, oil leakage in the gas path, and other phenomena during use, which not only cause damage to the chromatograph but also endanger the safety of operators in severe cases.
