The widespread application of electronic electric actuators
Date: 2025-11-08Read: 20
Electronic electric actuatorIt mainly consists of two parts: servo amplifier and actuator, among which the actuator is further divided into three major components: motor, reducer, and position transmitter. Its working principle is as follows:
Signal input and comparison: The current signal from the regulator (such as 4-20mA) is used as the input of the servo amplifier and compared with the position feedback signal of the valve.
Motor drive: When the difference between the input signal and the feedback signal is not equal to zero, the difference is amplified by a servo amplifier to control the two-phase servo motors to rotate in the corresponding direction.
Deceleration and displacement: After the motor rotates, it is decelerated by the reducer, causing displacement of the output shaft.
Position feedback: The displacement of the output shaft is converted into the feedback signal of the valve through the position transmitter. When the feedback signal is equal to the input signal, the servo amplifier has no output, the motor does not rotate, and the actuator stabilizes at the position corresponding to the input signal.
Electronic electric actuatorWidely used in the following industries:
Electric power industry: used for controlling air inlet dampers, flue gas recirculation dampers, burner swing drivers, butterfly valve control sliding doors, etc.
Chemical industry: used to control parameters such as temperature, pressure, and liquid level of chemical reactors to ensure the stability of the production process.
Metallurgical industry: used to control the opening and closing of furnace doors for equipment such as blast furnaces and converters, achieving automated batching and temperature control.
Mechanical manufacturing: used for controlling the opening and closing of valves on automated production lines, achieving automation and intelligent production of the production line.
Construction: Used to control the operation of concrete pumps, cranes, and other equipment to improve construction efficiency and quality.
Light industry: used to control the speed and tension of printing machines, textile machines and other equipment, improve production efficiency and product quality.
