High pressure hydrogen storage gas adsorption analyzerIt is a key equipment used to evaluate the gas adsorption performance of materials under high pressure conditions, and plays an important role in the development of hydrogen energy technology. This instrument is based on the principle of static capacity method. By accurately controlling the temperature and pressure environment, it measures the hydrogen adsorption desorption isotherm and PCT curve of the material, and evaluates key parameters such as hydrogen storage capacity, adsorption desorption pressure/temperature curve, and cycling stability of the material. Its pressure range can reach high vacuum up to 690 bar, and its temperature range covers -196 ℃ to 900 ℃, which can meet the testing needs under various extreme conditions.
High pressure hydrogen storage gas adsorption analyzerRegular maintenance: (recommended monthly or quarterly)
1. Leak detection of pipelines and valves
Most importantly, regularly use a hydrogen specific leak detector or foaming solution to conduct comprehensive leak detection on all gas pipelines, joints, valves, pressure gauges, vacuum pump interfaces, etc.
Frequency: It is recommended to conduct it before each important experiment and during regular maintenance. Hydrogen molecules are small and prone to leakage, and even small leaks can affect data accuracy and pose a safety hazard.
2. Clean the sample pool and transfer pipeline
Regularly disassemble the sample cell and connecting tubing according to usage frequency.
Use solvents such as anhydrous ethanol or acetone for ultrasonic cleaning to remove sample residues.
After cleaning, dry thoroughly in a vacuum oven to ensure that there are no residual solvents or moisture.
When reinstalling, ensure that the O-ring (sealing ring) is intact, clean, and correctly coated with vacuum grease (if applicable).
3. Check and replace O-rings/seals
O-rings are key sealing components in high-pressure systems and are prone to aging.
Regularly inspect all O-rings for cracks, deformation, hardening, or wear.
It is recommended to replace O-rings in key areas (such as sample tanks and high-pressure joints) every 6-12 months or periodically based on usage intensity.
4. Vacuum system maintenance
Mechanical pump (rotary vane pump):
Check the pump oil level and color. The oil needs to be replaced immediately if it turns black or emulsified.
Regularly replace the pump oil (recommended every 3-6 months or according to the manufacturer's requirements).
Check if the gas damper is working properly.
Molecular pump/vortex pump: Check the operating status, vibration, and noise, and maintain according to the manual requirements.
Filter replacement: If the system is equipped with an intake filter or exhaust filter, it needs to be replaced regularly.
5. Pressure sensor calibration
Pressure sensors are the core measuring components, and their accuracy directly affects data quality.
It is recommended to conduct professional calibration once a year, or determine whether calibration is necessary based on frequency of use and data stability.
