1Multi unit mixerSafety operating procedures
Operator qualifications and training
Operators need to receive professional training, be familiar with equipment structure, performance, and safety operating procedures, and hold certificates to work.
It is strictly prohibited for personnel who are drunk or emotionally unstable to operate the equipment, and unrelated personnel are prohibited from climbing the mixer.
Check before starting the equipment
Foundation and Support: Ensure that the mixer is placed on a solid ground and secured with brackets or feet. Do not use tires as a substitute for support.
Key component inspection: Check whether the clutch, brake, wire rope, transmission belt, etc. are intact, and whether there are any foreign objects inside the drum.
Protective devices: Ensure that protective covers, safety doors, emergency stop switches, and other protective devices are complete and effective.
Lubrication and Cleaning: Check whether the lubrication points (such as bearings and gears) have been filled with sufficient lubricating oil, and clean the accumulated material in the mixing tank.
Electrical system: Check if the wiring of motors, sensors, and control cabinets is secure, well insulated, and free of leakage risk.
Operating standards during operation
Incoming material management:
Do not pass or stay under the hopper, and avoid inserting tools or hands into the mixing drum during feeding.
Strictly control the feeding amount, do not exceed the rated capacity, and prevent overloading from causing motor burnout or shaft bending.
Mixing process monitoring:
Observe the temperature of the motor and bearings (not exceeding 60 ℃), and monitor for abnormal noise or vibration.
When stirring viscous materials, avoid idling or frequent liquid level passing through the stirring blades to prevent shaft bending or resonance.
Emergency situation handling:
Immediately cut off the power when a malfunction occurs, empty the material inside the mixing drum, and then conduct maintenance.
It is strictly prohibited to carry out live maintenance or use tools to pry equipment.
Shutdown and maintenance
Shutdown sequence: Stop feeding first, and turn off the power and water sources after the materials in the mixing drum are completely discharged.
Cleaning and maintenance:
Clean the inside and outside of the mixing drum to avoid residue clumping and affecting the next operation.
Regularly replace the lubricating oil (such as changing the oil of the gearbox every 6 months) and clean the weighing material.
Long term parking: When the mobile mixer is not in use for a long time, remove the tires and keep them properly, and do a good job of rust prevention at the end of the wheel axle.
2、 Fault prevention and handling
Common faults and causes
Abnormal vibration or noise of the mixer:
Reason: Wear of mixing blades, damaged bearings, eccentric mixing shaft, or loose equipment fixing bolts.
Prevention: Regularly check the wear of the blades, replace or tighten them in a timely manner; Correct the concentricity of the mixing shaft; Check and tighten the anchor bolts.
Uneven mixing or abnormal discharge:
Reason: Insufficient mixing time, improper blade angle, incorrect material ratio, or worn inner lining plate.
Prevention: Adjust the mixing time, optimize the blade angle, strictly feed according to the ratio, and replace the worn inner lining plate.
Conveyor system malfunction (such as belt deviation or slippage):
Reason: Insufficient belt tension, worn rollers, foreign objects on the belt, or uneven equipment installation.
Prevention: Adjust the belt tensioning device, replace worn rollers, clean foreign objects, and recalibrate the equipment levelness.
Large measurement system error:
Reason: Sensor damage, scale volume dust, pneumatic valve leakage, or incorrect control system parameter settings.
Prevention: Regularly calibrate sensors, clean the volumetric material of the scale, check the air circuit and repair any leaks, and reset the measurement parameters.
Hydraulic system malfunction (such as high oil temperature, unstable pressure):
Reason: Hydraulic oil contamination, oil pump damage, cooling system failure, or pipeline leakage.
Prevention: Regularly replace hydraulic oil, inspect or replace hydraulic components, check cooling fans or radiators, identify and repair leakage points.
Preventive maintenance measures
Regular lubrication: Add lubricating grease to key parts such as bearings, chains, and gears on time to reduce wear.
Daily inspection: Check fasteners, belts, hydraulic systems, etc. daily to ensure they are functioning properly, and promptly clean up any accumulated material inside the mixer.
Electrical system maintenance: Regularly check whether the wiring of motors, sensors, and control cabinets is reliable to avoid electrical failures.
Operation training: Ensure that operators are familiar with equipment performance and avoid malfunctions caused by misoperation.
Spare parts management: Reserve commonly used vulnerable parts (such as blades, bearings, belts) to shorten the time for fault repair.
IIIMulti unit mixerSafety precautions
Overload prevention: The power of the mixer is usually 75% of the rated value of the motor, and overloading may cause the motor to burn out or the shaft to bend.
Anti resonance: Avoid the stirring shaft speed approaching 75% of its natural vibration frequency to prevent severe vibration from causing malfunctions.
Corrosion prevention: After mixing chemical materials, immediately clean the equipment to prevent residue from corroding the components.
Anti misoperation: It is strictly prohibited to operate without a license or leave the post without authorization. During maintenance, the power must be cut off and warning signs must be hung.
