1. Optimize inoculation density: Control the initial cell concentration between 1 × 10 ⁴~5 × 10 ⁵ cells/mL (adjusted according to cell type) to avoid natural aggregation caused by excessive concentration.

2. Choose an appropriate culture medium: add an appropriate amount of anti aggregation agent (such as 0.1%~0.5% methylcellulose, pullulan polysaccharide), or use low serum/serum-free culture medium to reduce protein mediated adhesion.

3. Strengthen the dynamic balance of the cultivation system: Utilize the precise speed control function of Beijing Keyu Xingye TDCCS-3D to maintain a gentle rotation of 5-20 rpm and disperse cells through fluid shear force; Regularly replace 1/3 of the culture medium to remove metabolic waste and aggregation inducing factors.

4. Pre treatment of cells and containers: Gently digest cell clusters with trypsin before inoculation to ensure a single-cell suspension state; Hydrophilic treatment or coating (such as polylysine) is applied to the inner wall of the culture bottle to reduce the probability of cell adhesion and aggregation.

5. Accurately regulate the cultivation environment: maintain a pH of 7.2-7.4 and a temperature of 37 ℃± 0.5 ℃ to avoid stress-induced cell aggregation caused by environmental fluctuations; Some cells can be dispersed with EDTA (0.02%) as an aid.
