Project content:The decoration design and construction project for the newly relocated office of Anhui Yuangui Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. mainly involves optimizing the design based on the original floor plan and design drawings provided in the bidding documents.

② Design indoor architecture, decoration, fire protection, electrical, water supply and drainage engineering according to the bidding documents and on-site conditions, and carry out construction and decoration. (Please refer to the bidding documents, drawings, and bill of quantities for details).

2、 Bidding Qualification

1. Meet the conditions stipulated in Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law;

Qualification requirements:An independent legal entity with a professional contracting qualification of Level 3 or above (including Level 3) for building decoration and decoration engineering, and a valid safety production license,And should have good construction performance and financial status;

3.projectQualifications of the person in charge:The proposed project manager for this project is a second level (or above) registered constructor and must obtain a Class B certificate for safety productionProject ManagerMust be a formal employee of the bidding unit and provide proof of continuous payment of social security for at least one year by the bidding unit（The social security certificate needs to be stamped with the seal of the social security center or a copy of the electronic special seal of the social security center's payment certificate with the bidder's official seal）；

4.Credit requirement: As of submission deadlineIf the supplier (excluding its branches without independent legal personality) has any of the following valid situations before the deadline for the response document, its response document shall be treated as invalid;

(1) Those who have been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement by the people's court;

(2) Those who have been included in the list of parties involved in major tax violations by the tax authorities;

(3) Listed as seriously illegal and dishonest in government procurement;

(4) Listed as a serious illegal and dishonest enterprise by the market supervision and management department (or the administration for industry and commerce);

Note: (1) "Effective" refers to being in a valid state to the extent and for the period specified in the "circumstances".

(2) The credit status is only based on information published on the Credit China website, the China Government Procurement Network, and the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System.
