The THA3230 oxygen analyzer is an instrument independently developed and produced by the Taihe Lianchuang technology team. This instrument uses Coulomb electrolysis analysis method to analyze trace oxygen concentration, and is used for analyzing trace oxygen concentration in industrial processes and scientific laboratories. It belongs to a non-destructive analysis method and has the characteristics of good long-term stability, long service life, high degree of automation, strong functionality, and digital communication.
Working Principle:In an alkaline electrolytic cell, oxygen undergoes a reduction reaction at the cathode to generate OH-Ions, OH-Ions migrate from the cathode to the anode, where oxidation reactions occur to produce oxygen, which is then discharged from the electrolytic cell. The current generated by the electrolytic reaction is proportional to the oxygen concentration, and can therefore be used to analyze the oxygen concentration in the sample gas. The Coulomb electrolysis method has high sensitivity, making it suitable for the analysis of trace amounts of oxygen.
