The LGJ-H20 vacuum freeze dryer is an electric heating type vacuum freeze dryer developed by Beijing Sihuan Qihang. The freeze drying compartment shelf adopts electric heating method, and the temperature control range of the shelf reaches -45 ℃~50 ℃. The temperature rise and fall rate is faster, the plate layer temperature is uniform, the high temperature control ability is strong, and the cold and heat conduction is good. Suitable for freeze-drying materials with low precision requirements for temperature control and fast temperature rise and fall speed requirements.

The LGJ-H20 freeze-drying machine can achieve a freeze-drying area of 0.2 square meters, a maximum cold trap temperature of -81 ℃, a maximum vacuum degree of 1Pa, and a maximum water capture capacity of 8Kg.

Compared with the same compartment design, the freeze-drying compartment and cold trap compartment are designed separately. The temperature inside the compartment is balanced, and the material freeze-drying effect is better, achieving the drug grade pilot machine standard.

Double compressor cascade refrigeration, with compressor secondary start delay protection and pressure overload protection system.

Optional GMP cleanroom installation, eutectic point testing, vacuum degree adjustment, dew point meter, multifunctional filling and capping system, online sampling, computer upper computer, etc. can also be equipped with intermediate isolation butterfly valves for pressure rise testing and vacuum degree adjustment.
