Due to the low temperature and oxygen environment in which vacuum freeze-drying technology is carried out, most biological reactions stagnate, and water directly sublimates in a solid state during the process, protecting the original structure and form of the material. Before and after freeze-drying, the biological, physical, and chemical properties of the material remain unchanged, and the rehydration property is good.
