Safety operation and maintenance regulations for oil type mold temperature machine

1、 Safety operating procedures
Pre-operation check
Electrical safety: Ensure that the equipment is well grounded and the three-phase power supply is connected correctly (if a reverse phase alarm occurs, the positions of the two power lines need to be swapped).
Pipeline connection: Check whether the oil and water pipe connections are tight to avoid leakage; Special PTFE pipes must be used for the oil temperature machine, and mixing with other water pipes is prohibited.
Medium liquid inspection: Confirm that the heat transfer oil level is within the upper and lower limits of the oil level gauge to avoid low alarm or high overflow; Before the first use, the moisture in the heat transfer oil should be removed (by heating it to 90 ℃ and holding it for a period of time to evaporate the moisture).
Cooling water inspection: Ensure smooth circulation of cooling water to prevent equipment damage due to insufficient cooling.
operating procedure
Startup sequence:
Open the inlet and outlet oil (water) valves.
Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch, pump switch (check the direction of pump operation, switch the phase line when reversing), and electric heating switch in sequence.
Set the temperature according to the process requirements (applicable range of oil temperature machine: 85-160 ℃).
Shutdown sequence:
Turn off the electric heating switch first, and then turn off the pump and power supply when the temperature drops below 60 ℃.
Remove the oil pipe to allow the oil to flow back into the mold temperature machine, and finally close the valve.
Precautions during operation:
Avoid getting close to high-temperature pipelines and valves to prevent burns.
Do not heat up when there is a lack of media or unstable pressure.
Regularly check the pressure gauge and liquid level gauge to ensure that the values are normal.
emergency response
Alarm handling:
OVERHEAT: Immediately lower the temperature and check if the thermostat is malfunctioning.
MEDIUMSHORTAGE (missing media): Supplement the heat transfer oil to the specified range.
OVERLOAD: Clean the debris inside the pump and check the thermal protection device.
MOTORREVERSE: Swap the position of the power cord.
Emergency stop: Press the emergency stop switch, cut off the power, troubleshoot and restart.
2、 Maintenance Regulations
routine maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance:
Clean the equipment surface and surrounding environment daily to avoid dust accumulation that may affect the lifespan of electrical components.
Do not rinse the equipment with water to prevent electric shock.
Pipeline inspection:
Check whether the oil and water pipes are aging or leaking, and replace damaged parts in a timely manner.
Clean the system inlet filter mesh cover monthly to prevent blockage.
regular maintenance
Heat transfer oil replacement:
Replace the thermal oil at least once a year; If the long-term use temperature exceeds 150 ℃, it needs to be replaced every 3-6 months.
It is prohibited to mix different types of thermal oil to avoid clogging the pipeline with oil sludge.
Fuel tank cleaning:
Regularly clean impurities and moisture in the fuel tank, check the sealing of the fuel tank cap to prevent external contamination.
Pump and seal inspection:
Regularly check whether the oil pump leaks oil and replace the pump shaft seal if necessary.
Clean the surface scale of the heating tube (can be lightly sanded with fine sandpaper).
Long term disuse maintenance
Drain the heat transfer oil from the pipeline to prevent deterioration and blockage.
Close all valves, cut off power, and cover with dust covers.
3、 Key precautions
Prohibited behavior:
It is strictly prohibited to mix water temperature machines and oil temperature machines, or use non specialized hydraulic oil.
Do not connect the oil temperature machine when there is water in the mold and piping.
Prohibit short circuit protection devices or forced operation of faulty equipment.
Operating standards:
Before heating up, the moisture in the heat transfer oil must be removed to avoid the risk of high-temperature spraying.
When shutting down, it is necessary to cool down before cutting off the power to prevent the heating tube from coalescing.
Personnel requirements:
Operators need to undergo professional training and be familiar with equipment performance and emergency response procedures.
Regularly check the lifespan of electrical components and replace aging parts in a timely manner.
