Standard gas preparation calculation softwareThe core functions of the system include five modules: configuration calculation, safety control, uniformity evaluation, stability analysis, and uncertainty calculation. It optimizes the configuration process through automated algorithms and preset data, while meeting safety and quality control requirements. The following is a detailed introduction to its core functions:
1. Calculation of standard gas preparation
The software presets the basic data of all commonly used gas components (such as molecular weight, density, etc.). After the user inputs the cylinder volume, component name (including dilution gas), and target mole fraction, the system automatically calculates the filling amount of each component. If there is a deviation between the actual filling amount of the component gas and the theoretical value, the software will dynamically adjust the dilution gas filling amount to ensure the accuracy of the preparation. For example, when preparing a nitrogen mixture containing 5% oxygen, the system can automatically adjust the nitrogen filling amount based on the actual oxygen filling amount.
2. Safety parameter control
For explosive or liquefied gases, the software has a built-in safety threshold monitoring function. If the components contain flammable gases (such as hydrogen), the system will automatically calculate the lower explosive limit after mixing and trigger an alarm when approaching the threshold; If the component contains low-pressure liquefied gas (such as ammonia), the software will calculate the maximum allowable filling pressure to prevent gas cylinder overpressure. Users can customize parameters such as maximum filling pressure, and the system monitors and prevents illegal operations in real-time.
3. Uniformity assessment
Through the "pressure test" calculation module, after the user inputs the number of inspection groups, the number of measurement repetitions for each group, and the actual measurement data, the software automatically calculates the intra group variance (within SS), inter group variance (between SS), statistical measure (F-value), and relative standard deviation (RSD). For example, when evaluating the uniformity of oxygen concentration in 10 standard gases, the system can quickly output analysis of variance results to determine whether the gas mixture meets the standard.
4. Stability analysis
The software supports short-term (hours to days) and long-term (months) stability calculations. After the user inputs the measurement interval time and actual measurement data, the system fits a straight line of concentration variation over time, calculates the slope (b), residual standard deviation (s), and slope standard deviation (s (b)). If the slope is close to zero and the value of s (b) is small, it indicates good gas stability; On the contrary, it is necessary to investigate the storage conditions or cylinder sealing.
5. Uncertainty calculation
For each component in the mixed gas, after the user inputs the component name, molar concentration, and cylinder volume, the software automatically calculates the uncertainty of the component using pre-set molecular weight uncertainty data. For example, when preparing an air mixture containing 1% carbon dioxide, the system can output the uncertainty range of carbon dioxide concentration to assist in evaluating the gas quality level.
