Microplate ReaderThe function is to readEnzyme linked immunosorbent assay kitTo obtain accurate results, the use of the reagent kit must be standardized. Many hospitals judge the results visually before using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader, and the operation process is highly arbitrary. If the operating habits are not corrected in a timely manner after using the ELISA reader, it can cause significant errors. The following precautions should be taken during the operation of the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader:
Use a liquid dispenser to add liquid, and do not mix the liquid heads.
Wash the board thoroughly. If conditions permit, use a board washing machine to wash the board and avoid cross contamination.
Strictly follow the instructions of the reagent kit for accurate reaction time.
During the measurement process, do not touch the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) plate to prevent the operator's hands from being crushed during the transfer of the ELISA plate.
Do not spill samples or reagents on the surface or inside of the instrument. Please wash your hands after completing the operation.
If the samples or reagents used have pollution, toxicity, and biological hazards, please strictly follow the operating instructions of the reagent kit to prevent damage to the operators.
If the instrument has come into contact with contaminated or infectious substances, please clean and disinfect it.
Do not turn off the power during the measurement process.
For the deviation of measurement results caused by reagent kit problems, parameters should be modified in a timely manner according to the actual situation to achieve the desired effect.
Cover the dust cover with a back cover.
Key Reminder:When there is a technical malfunction, it should be promptly reported to the manufacturer and the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader should not be disassembled without authorization.
